Hello Ballet Dancers,
So you get two guest teachers this week. Today Charles Torres will be teaching Ballet IIA and Ballet III. On Thursday, our very own Craig Black, home for the holidays from Julliard, will teach Ballet IIA and Ballet III/IV. Have fun, work hard and learn lots!! It is always a great opportunity for you all to have someone different in to teach.

Hello all! If you can make it to clean up on Thursday, please come! We will be scrubbing corners, cleaning windows and barres and dusting everything! Kind of like Cinderella with modern cleaning equipment. We'll start at 10:00 AM, but come any time. The more people the faster we can get stuff done! Thank you to everyone who already helped Melissa put Cinderella costumes away. It will be so nice to have Studio A free of stuff!

Some of you asked about a studio clean up day, we sure could use it! We will be meeting on Thursday, January 3rd from 10:00 AM until about 3:00 PM for anyone who wants to come. Pizza is on me after! Wear your grungy clothes and come ready to work.

I am so sorry about your foot! We will be thinking of you during the show. We already found dancers to cover your roles and I will start working with them tomorrow.
Take care and eat and drink lots of calcium to heal that bone! We hope to see you at the show, you still are a big part of Cinderella, you came to every rehearsal along the way!

Last weekend before the show!! Can you all believe it? You have all worked so hard. I can hardly wait to see some of the dances with costumes. What fun! The show should be fantastic. Remember, the tickets go back to the theater on Tuesday, so buy your tickets this weekend!!

Alex - how are you doing? What a crazy day! I hope you are feeling better. We missed you in class. Joey came into pointe class and screamed (happily) a lot. Marisa also screamed. She just wanted to try it.

Oh my goodness! We still have so much to do to finish this ballet!!! Thanks everyone for coming into rehearsals prepared thus far. Keep practicing your roles so we can get lots done this weekend. I'm starting to feel the stress of getting everything done and cleaned.
Classes have been great so far. It is so good to see so many of you in class and working hard. Keep it up, dancers! Hard work always pays off.
